CLIENT FEES AND OPTIONS

• Fee -- Up-front retainer applied to final fee, which is a percentage of the first year's compensation
   
• Flat Fee -- Significantly reduced flat fee paid up front, applying to any level compensation
   
• Signed Agreement -- Blanket agreement, only executed once
   

CANDIDATES PAY NO FEE
